“I’ve always said that human toddlers and us dogs aren’t as different as people think. Recent research out of Hungary just proved it—while cats might be a bit more… let’s call it independent, over 75% of us dogs will spontaneously try to help a human with a task even when there is no reward involved. It turns out, our motivation to help is hardwired into our very souls, much like a young child’s. We aren’t just pets; we are partners who genuinely want to see you succeed.
